JOB DESCRIPTION: Project Coordinator / Interior Design CoordinatorDuties & Responsibilities

Project Coordination

Clearly outline and define overall project objectives. Participate in project meetings and propose required changes or improvements. Prepare, monitor, and adhere to project budgets while ensuring cost-saving measures. Track and monitor project costs, progress, and quality consistently. Organise, manage, and maintain all project-related documentation. Communicate regularly with clients to clarify and refine project expectations. Negotiate with contractors, suppliers, and vendors for competitive pricing. Coordinate project team members to ensure workflow remains on schedule.

Interior Design (ID) Scope

Plan and oversee the aesthetic and design-related aspects of the project. Determine project requirements and develop appropriate design concepts. Prepare cost estimates and ensure they align with design specifications. Source materials, finishes, furniture, and ID-related items. Review and monitor site progress to ensure compliance with design quality. Provide continuous consultation to clients throughout the project.

Site, Safety & QAQC Responsibilities

Handle multi-site coordination and progress monitoring. Prepare and manage site documentation such as

JMS, JSA, Work Permit submissions

, etc. Attend site meetings and coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and the internal team. Collect daily/weekly site updates and report to

Project Manager (PM) or General Manager (GM)

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge in

ID works, Carpentry works, Ceiling & Drywall Partition works

. Experience handling

multiple project sites

. Able to handle

Safety / Site / QAQC documentation

. Excellent communication and coordination skills. Must possess

own vehicle

. Willing to

travel outstation

as required. Able to start

immediately - next Wednesday (10th)

Working Hours

Monday to Friday:

8.00am - 5.00pm

Saturday:

8.00am - 1.00pm
