POSITION PURPOSE
The IELTS Exam Officer reports directly to IELTS Senior Test Administrator and is responsible for overseeing the general operations and administration of the computer-delivered and paper-based IELTS tests offered through IDP Test Centers at Kota Kinabalu.
RESPONSIBILITIES
\xe2\x97\x8f Be responsible for the registration of IELTS
\xe2\x97\x8f Handle walk-in, phone and email enquiries
\xe2\x97\x8f Carry out duties related to IELTS pre-test & post-test and invigilation
\xe2\x97\x8f Manage the arrangements for the issue of examination result
\xe2\x97\x8f Be responsible for the daily cash collection, hand over to the collection team by dateline
\xe2\x97\x8f Work within guideline and policy and procedure requirements by IELTS
\xe2\x97\x8f Carry out cover duties for other administrative colleagues such as front desk & marketing.
\xe2\x97\x8f Also be required to carry out such reasonable additional duties
Requirements:
Good English communication skills, both spoken and written
Ability to provide a warm welcome to walk-ins, pleasant attitude, polite and cheerful.
Ability to multi-task and maintain systematic order
Reasonable proficiency in MS Office applications
Ability to deliver work on time and excellent level of commitment
