Job Scope / Responsibilities:
• Attend to customer's inquiry and prepare a quotation and describe repair features and benefits
• Ensure the repair work is strictly following company standard operating procedure.
• Maintain tools and test equipment in working condition.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent customer service
• Assist in daily operation including sales, inventory, and shop maintenance
Requirements:
• Training provided
• SPM / O Level / SKM Level 1 / SKM Level 2 / SKM Level 3 or Equivalent
• Able to work 6 days a week
• EPF / SOCSO / EIS
