- Applicants with no prior experience in customer service or fresh graduates are encouraged to apply !!!
- Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia. (read, speak and type)
- Have no issue with working in a 24hrs rotational shift basis, 9 hours per day including of 1 hour break time
- Willing to work 6 days a week with 1 rotational off day, including Public Holiday and weekends.
- Candidate are willing to work based in Nusajaya, Johor Bharu.
- Able to join on the following date: 1st April 2024
- Handle all inbound calls, email or livechat in regarding to customers\' general inquiries.
- Ready to assist customers to solve their problems and issues on time.
- Handle customers with professional manner to maintain customer\'s satisfaction
- Work in a team to achieve targeted KPI.
- Monthly Salary: RM 2100 basic + RM 300 Night Shift Allowance + RM 400 KPI Allowance
- 12 Days Annual leaves + 14 Days Medical leaves + EPF + SOCSO
- Career advancement (internal promotion)
- 1 month paid training
- Free Shuttle Van (around Skudai, Gelang Patah area)
