Requirements

• Suitable for applicants with SPM qualification or fresh graduates
• Proficient in Mandarin and English, Cantonese will be an additional advantage
• Traditional Mandarin (Read, Type)
• Have no issue to work on 24 hours\' rotational shift with 5 working days (9.5 hours per shift including 1.5 hour break time)
• Have no issue to based at Ara Damansara, PJ or Nusajaya, Johor
• Able to join intake date: 5 Dec, 12 Dec or 27 Dec 2023

• Handle all inbound calls in regarding to customers\' general inquiries.
• Ready to assist customers to solve their problems and issues on time.
• Handle customer\'s with professional manner to maintain customer\'s satisfaction
• Work in a team to achieve targeted KPI.

• Salary Package: RM3000 + RM300 6 days allowance + Up to RM400 KPI Allowance + up to RM300 Shift allowance + OT Min RM10/ hours
• RM5,000 JOINING BONUS is AVAILABLE!
• Flight Ticket and Accomodation are provided by the company.
