Requirements

• Applicants possess a qualification of Diploma or Degree and above in any background.
• Applicants possess at least 1 year of job experience in customer service field
• Possess good proficiency in Mandarin and English is a must.
• Applicants are willing to work in a 24 hours rotational shift basis, 9 hours per shift included 1 hour break time
• Applicants are able to commit working in 5 days a week with 2 rotational off days
• Able to work based in office at Kuala Lumpur

• Attending to all inquiries/issues from global customers on multiple channels including email, chat, voice, and social media.
• Liaising with both internal & external stakeholder e.g. product managers & the marketing team to handle complaints and feedback related to websites, products, platforms, and services, etc.
• Maintaining a working knowledge of company products to effectively communicate with customers.
• Creating and maintaining strong relationships with company partners and external stakeholders.
• Escalate any queries or unresolved issues to Level 2/Supervisors and as advised by the operations management, which cannot be completed within the agreed procedures.

• Attractive salary package with basic salary from RM 3800 to RM 4500
• Other benefits: Shift allowances, Attractive KPI bonus program, annual increment and etc.
• Meal allowance will be provided
• Grab services will be provided if required to work in between 9pm till 6am
• Annual leaves and Medical leaves are provided
• Location very accessible to MRT station.
