Proficient in Traditional and Simplified Mandarin (Read, Speak, Type)
Fluent English is required for this role
Have no issue to work on 24 Hours Rotational Shift (9 Hours per shift including 1 hour break time)
Willing to commit on 5 days work per week and Public Holidays (Rotational 2 off days per week)
Able to start working on 26 August 2024
Have no issue to be fully work based at Subang Jaya, Selangor office
Tanggungjawab
Handling inbound & outbound calls, Emails, and Live Chat Pertaining to customer general inquiries, complaints, comments, feedbacks and other raising issue related the company\'s services.
To exceed customer\'s expectation in term of service & accurate information.
Work in team to achieve the required KPI elements SLA.
Respond to customers questions or resolve problems related to their reservation or payment.
Review and approve request for booking cancellation and refunds.
Act as phone support for the booking platform.
Manfaat
Monthly Salary: RM4,000 Basic Salary + up to RM500 KPI Allowance + RM20/day Transportation Allowance (10pm - 6am)
