- SPM qualification / Fresh graduates are welcome
- High proficiency in English and Traditional Mandarin (Speak, Read, Type)
- Have no issue working on 24-hour rotational shift with 5 working days (9 hours per shift including 1-hour break time) (currently are more on afternoon and night shifts
- Able to commit to work during weekends and public holiday
- Have no issue to based at Subang Jaya Office, Selangor
- Able to start working on 22 July 2024, August or Sept
- Handling all inbound, outbound and email in regarding to customers\' inquiries/complaints/issues relating to travel booking services (e.g. hotel room booking)
- Passionate and provide satisfied customer service.
- Work in a team to achieve targeted KPI.
- Monthly Salary: RM4,000 Basic Salary + up to RM500 KPI Allowance + RM20/day Transportation Allowance (10pm - 6am)

- Dental Claim: Up to RM500 per year
- 14 days Annual Leave & 14 days Medical Leave
