Job description Upstream BPO Sdn. Bhd. is one of the pioneers in Business Process Outsourcing, in Malaysia specialize in Inside sales, Tele sales and B2B Lead generation. Upstream BPO was awarded \xe2\x80\x9cTOP B2B company in Asia\xe2\x80\x9d straight 2021,2020 and 2019. We are expanding our Customer Service team and hiring Immediately. We are currently looking to customer service agents for our International project based in our KL branch . This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a start-up project, and influence the best-practices of the team. If you are fluent in English and Malay , we would love to hear from you! Responsibilities: - Handle customers enquiries (inbound and outbound) and/or complaints within stipulated timeframe through various channels - Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times. - Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support. - Responsible for being part of the overall customer experience and journey - Maintain quality in work ethics and processes - Be involved with all other tasks as assigned by supervisor Profile - Minimum 1 to 3 years of relevant working experience in customer service environment. - Bilingual \xe2\x80\x93 Fluency in English is a must Abilities - Customer Service Orientated - Must be comfortable with high volume of transactions. - Proven track record for improving process efficiencies and solving problems - Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal - Excellent internal personal skills to connect with customer - Excellent analytical, problem-solving skills and multi-tasking ability - Able to cope with work pressure. - Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset. - Ability to connect with people from all levels of society - Minimum qualification in Diploma Business Admin/equivalent Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months Salary: RM2,000.00 - RM2,800.00 per month Benefits:
