  • Do have experience as a Customer Support in live chat at least 1 year.
  • Familiarity with Cryptocurrency, Block Chain, KYC, or the Banking industry is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to do multi-tasking and patience when handling tough cases.
  • Must be able to work in rotational shifts.
  • Have a strong ability to learn quickly and self-motivation, strong resistance to pressure, and strong sense of responsibility.
  • Candidate must be fluent in both English and Hindi as the role requires candidate to deal with global/local customers.
  • Able to write in Romanize Hindi.

  • Continue to follow up key customers or key issues and provide reasonable and effective solutions to improve customer satisfaction.
  • Communicate with users to maintain daily customer relations and provide efficient and professional services.
  • Actively participate in team suggestions and be able to make certain suggestions and optimizations.
  • Handle inbound calls, live chat, and other service methods.
  • Provide accurate, valid, and comprehensive information.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
  • Support other business units with customer liaison and documenting requests.
