  • Min. 1 year customer service experience in BPO or banking preferred
  • SPM graduate and above; fresh grads are welcome
  • Fluent in English & Mandarin (spoken & written)
  • Willing to work on rotational shifts if required
  • Good communication skills and ability to build strong customer rapport
Tanggungjawab
  • Assist and educate customers on self-service and digital banking channels
  • Handle account/transaction inquiries and provide solutions
  • Conduct call-backs and follow-ups when needed
  • Perform basic KYC checks and ensure compliance
  • Deliver a professional, customer-first experience
