Requirements
- Min. 1 year customer service experience in BPO or banking preferred
- SPM graduate and above; fresh grads are welcome
- Fluent in English & Mandarin (spoken & written)
- Willing to work on rotational shifts if required
- Good communication skills and ability to build strong customer rapport
- Assist and educate customers on self-service and digital banking channels
- Handle account/transaction inquiries and provide solutions
- Conduct call-backs and follow-ups when needed
- Perform basic KYC checks and ensure compliance
- Deliver a professional, customer-first experience
