- Well-Conversed in both Mandarin and English (Read, Speak, Type ) is a must.
- Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply
- Have no issue to be based at Petaling Jaya
- Have no issue to work on Monday-Friday (9am-6pm)
- Have no issue to start working immediately.
- Possess good communication skills
- Provide primarily customer service based phone support to Customers.
- Activate and engage with client/customer whilst providing accurate information of customer\'s issue at hand.
- To follow up with leads given by manager with professional manners
- To achieve the KPI set by the management team
- Remain polite, patient and courteous with customer throughout the experience.
- Ensure the end to end experience for all customers is at a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Basic Salary: RM 3000 + up to RM 250 KPI allowance + commission
- EPF + SOCSO
- 12 days Annual Leave
- 14 days Medical Leave
- 1 week paid training provided
- Located nearby LRT Station
- Free shuttle van service is provided for employees to and from LRT station to office.
