Requirements
- Applicants with SPM qualification or fresh graduates
- Proficient in Mandarin and English (Cantonese will be an additional advantage)
- Have no issue to work on 24 hours\' rotational shift with 5 working days (9 hours per shift including 1-hour break time)
- Have no issue to based at Petaling Jaya Office, Selangor
- Ability to handle all inbound calls in regarding to customers\' general inquiries.
- Ready to assist customers to solve their problems and issues on time.
- Work in a team to achieve targeted KPI.
- Monthly Salary: RM 3000 basic + Up to RM 400 KPI Allowance + Up to RM 300 Shift Allowance + OT Claim RM 100 - 400 (min RM 10 per hour)
- 14 Days Annual leaves + 12 Days Medical leaves + EPF + SOCSO
