Fluent English & Bahasa Malaysia required for this role
Have no issue to work on Rotational shift (Monday - Friday: 7:30am - 6pm & Saturday - Sunday: 8am - 5pm)
Willing to commit on 5.5 days rotational work per week (including Weekend and Public Holidays)
Able to start working on 19th June2024
Have no issue to be fully work based at Petaling Jaya, Selangor Office
Tanggungjawab
Handling all inbound calls, Email, and Live Chat pertaining to customer general inquiries, complaints, comments, feedbacks and other raising issue related the company\'s services.
To exceed customer\'s expectation in terms of customer service & accurate information.
Work in a team to achieve the required KPI elements SLA.
Facilitate customer onboarding and provide stellar after-sales services.
Help customer with basic \'how to\' guides
Enquires on eShop Web Portal online purchase and delivery matters
Assisting customer to registering product warranty online

Monthly Salary: RM3,000 Basic Salary + up to RM200 KPI Allowance
