  • Possess at least a qualification in SPM with passed or above
  • Proficient in English and Mandarin (Read, Type, Speak)
  • Have no issue to work on 24 hours rotational shift basis (9 hours per shift including 1 hour break) with 5 working days
  • Have no issue to based at Georgetown, Penang
  • Able to join intake date: Immediately
Tanggungjawab
  • Able to handle all inbound calls from customers about the company\'s product and services
  • Help customer resolves any issues or complaints regarding the company\'s product and services with high level of customer service
  • Assist the customers in solving their problems to ensure customer\'s satisfaction with providing professional customer support
  • Provide feedback on efficiency of whole customer support experience to manager and relevant departments
Manfaat
  • Salary Package: RM 2800 - RM 3300 Basic (subject to interview performance) + RM 300 Language Allowance
