The Shift Supervisor is responsible for taking customers' orders, answering questions, and making recommendations on menu items, serving food/beverages to customers, and performing cashiering duties. He/she is responsible for supervising staff working the floor, assigning their work stations, resolving work-related problems and ensuring the shift runs smoothly.
Roles & Responsibilities
To provide excellent customer service to guests in a timely and friendly manner, ensuring diners a pleasant dining experience.
All the service aspects with gradual introduction to management tasks and roles.
Ensure that food hygiene and safety standards are maintained and comply.
Supports company sales through engagement with customers, suggestive selling and sharing product knowledge.
Work together with other team members to provide good quality service.
Execute any other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Excellent Customer Service
Good command of spoken English
Pleasant, friendly, cheerful and able to work under pressure and in a high-volume environment
Min. Diploma in F&B management or any related fields
At least 2 years of experience management in Food and Service Operations

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
