Minimum a SPM Certificate holder with experience| Diploma Certificate Holder in related field.
Good proficiency in English + Cantonese(Both written + Spoken) + Mandarin.
Candidate must possess 1 year of customer service, call centre or front desk or any relevant experience.
Must be able to work 9 hours per day including an hour break, 5 working days per week.
Working Hour: Mon - Fri, 9am - 6pm
Able to start work immediately (Intake date: 19th February - 26th February)
Being experienced in handling live chat would be an added advantage!

Tanggungjawab

Resolving customer queries through emails, live chats, and inbound and outbound calls.
Identifying customer needs and assisting them in using specific features and functionalities.
Following up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved.
Professional customer service skills with a solutions mindset, including the ability to deliver an exemplary customer experience.
Constantly work towards improving customer experience.
Handle customers and vendors\' requests, as well as external communication with them.

Salary package: Salary RM4,000 - 4,500 (Subject to work exp and work performance)
Working Location: KL Sentral (Strategic working location reachable by public transport)
