To handle daily incoming and outgoing communications, including e-mail and telephone inquiries.
Managing the day-to-day operations of the office
Organizing and maintaining files and records
Compile monthly claims from various managers, data entry of receipts, payments and journal entries.
Updating information, payment, sorting out expenses.
Planning and scheduling meetings and appointments
Preparing and editing correspondence, reports, and presentations
Making travel and guest arrangement, providing quality customer service
Other general admin duties such as handling refreshments, office maintenance, purchasing and etc
Support the accountant for some basic administrative tasks
Handle ad-hoc tasks assigned by superiors/management from time to time.

Proficiency in Mandarin and English is a MUST
Possess at least higher secondary/STPM/\xe2\x80\x9dA\xe2\x80\x9dLevel/Pre-U, Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, any field.
At least 1 year of working experience in the related field
Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
Responsible, proactive, polite and pleasant personality
Able to work independently & multi task
Possess own transport
