Senior Infra Request Analyst

with our reputed Client.

Work Location: KL



Exp: 4+ years

Infrastructure & Service Delivery: Strong understanding of IT infrastructure and hands-on experience in service request fulfillment.

Request & SLA Management: Skilled in managing multiple requests, tracking progress, and ensuring SLA compliance.

Communication & Documentation: Clear communication with stakeholders and ability to produce structured technical documentation.

Process & Analytical Thinking: Detail-oriented with a focus on process improvement and problem-solving.

Independence & Collaboration: Able to work independently while effectively coordinating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications



Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.

ITIL Foundation

PMP or PRINCE2 Foundation

COBIT Foundation

AgilePM Foundation or Certified ScrumMaster

Certified Technical Writer (e.g., CPTC, STC) - optional
