Project Manager

with our reputed Client.

Work Location: KL

Contract role: 12 months to 18 months contract

Exp: 5+ years

Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects

Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget

Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders, and ensuring technical feasibility

Able to strategize, plan and execute migration activities and ensure the reconciliation and verification of migration outcomes are signed off

Develop a detailed project plan to track progress

Able to develop and manage runbook activities during table walkthrough, mock runs and go-live.

Ensure resource availability and allocation

Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs

Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques

Report and escalate to management as needed

Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

Issue, Risk and Dependency Management

Key Skills / Knowledge and Behaviors

Experience of implementing large scale projects in Financial Industry

Degree Holder

Min experience 5 years in PM role

Experience in data migration

Experience in Trade Finance operations

Excellent communication skill

Able to work with stakeholders from all levels

Familiar with defect tool eg Jira, HPLM
