Lead and manage banking-related projects according to the project management standard, framework, tools, and methodologies in alignment with governance and regulatory frameworks, ensuring all project deliverables meet audit, compliance, and quality assurance standards.
Develop detailed project plans, manage timelines, monitor risks, and manage project within budgets to ensure successful delivery.
Coordinate and communicate with internal stakeholders, business units, vendors, and regional/global counterparts to ensure alignment.
Prepare project documentation, presentations for status updates and project steering committee meetings and related project meetings.
Manage project resources, resolve issues and escalations, and manage change management expectation during the project.
Possess experience in SDLC processes and be willing to take on new tasks at any phase of the SDLC.
Develop and document business requirements through various means, including user interviews, surveys, workflow reviews, and research on industry best practices.
Conduct data analysis, design and configure product configurations for system functionality, and specify data requirements and constraints of surrounding systems.
Be willing to explore new tools to support assigned projects.
Exhibit strong critical thinking abilities to assist in problem analysis, system development, and implementation.
Possess good communication skills and the ability to work with internal and external stakeholders of assigned systems/projects.
Provide technical assistance to system developers.
