Sr Technical Analyst, Regional Solutions & Development, Global Banking, Delivery & Operation

with our reputed Client.

Work Location: Malaysia

This is 12 months contract and renewable. Payroll from Pan Asia Software solutions

Analyse and translate business and user requirements into effective technical solutions

across Cash Management, Trade Finance, and Supply Chain Finance platforms

, ensuring full alignment with SDLC standards and regulatory requirements. Drive design decisions with a strong focus on user experience to deliver intuitive and user-friendly applications.

Optimize system performance, including speed and scalability, leveraging best practices in system and hardware architecture.

Conduct

impact and feasibility assessments

of new requirements or change requests, evaluating their effects on

Cash, Trade, and Supply chain platform

, and collaborate with solution architects and business teams to define optimal solutions.

Prepare detailed Solution Architecture Documents (SAD) and Technical Specification Documents (TSD) aligned with business needs.

Manage and coordinate application deployment and infrastructure-related issues, working closely with the infrastructure team to ensure smooth delivery and stable operations.

Oversee post-deployment operational support, ensuring system reliability, performance, and timely resolution of issues by liaising with support and infrastructure teams.

Demonstrate strong problem resolution skills by proactively identifying, analysing, and resolving technical and operational issues, including:

o Network troubleshooting to resolve connectivity and performance bottlenecks.

o Integration troubleshooting to ensure seamless communication between disparate systems.

o Debugging application logs to diagnose and fix software issues efficiently.

o Conducting database reviews to analyse query performance, optimize data access, and troubleshoot database-related issues.

Continuously evaluate platform enhancements and propose technical improvements to optimize processes and performance in the transaction banking ecosystem.

Functional Skills

Good problem solving skills, written and verbal communication skills, and extensive experience presenting to IT managers.

Good in debugging complex system.

Able to work under pressure.

Able to managing time effectively.

Experience in solutioning & designing application with banking domain such as payments and core banking

Experience in complex integration with multiple payment systems and core banking.
