Greetings from Tentacle Tech!!! We have an Immediate Openings for Application Developer with our reputed Client. Work Location: Malaysia Exp: 5+ years Requirement Education:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree from a reputable institution of higher learning, preferably in Computer Science, or Information Systems (with a minimum grade of Second Class Upper, or a CGPA score of 3.00 and above).

Experience:

• Developer with minimum 5 years of relevant experience in J2EE software building and development and translating these to service specifications and solution definitions.

Skills & Competencies: Essential Skills:

• It is essential to exhibit the following skills/abilities:
• Core Banking Product Knowledge\xe2\x80\x93 possess Core Banking product knowledge and able to interpret Business & Functional Requirement and able to come up with Technical Specification.
• Programming/software development/scripting \xe2\x80\x93 Strong knowledge in Java programming, oracle sql, jsp, servlet, javascript and XML.
• Hands on experience on knowledge of unix command and shell scripting.
• Experience in application server weblogic and interface webservice, mq, ESB, SMTP mail.
• Good debugging skills. Demonstrate good coding discipline.
• Application of System Development Lifecycle \xe2\x80\x93 should be able to adopt and apply processes that align with all elements of standard SDLC framework.
• Technical specification analysis and development and support\xe2\x80\x93 interpretation of user rules and requirements for developing systems.
• Information content authoring.
• Data conversion and migration.
• System testing \xe2\x80\x93 understanding of system testing frameworks that will be applied to the developed systems

Desirable Skills:

• It is desirable (but not essential) to exhibit the following skills/abilities:
• Self-Management \xe2\x80\x93 should be able to prioritise and manage own time
• Effective Communications skills \xe2\x80\x93 should be able to present concepts clearly and concisely both written and verbally
• Decision making, able to work under pressure, assertive and upholds integrity, highly self-motivated, resourceful, result-oriented, able to multitask, initiative, flexible and adaptable to change.
• Relationship management \xe2\x80\x93 must be able to manage relationships with other system development stakeholders (e.g. system designers and business users) and provide feedback
