Responsibilities:

Able to assist the customer by providing the advice about health issues, nutrition and healthy diet responding to the queries from customers Able to clarify the information to clients and explain the effects of nutrients on overall of the health condition Always keeps up to date on the market trend in term of product knowledge and latest nutritional finding Attend to customers' inquiries in a professional manner, helping customers in identifying and purchasing required products. Manage and oversee the daily operation of outlet in accordance with the standards and procedure of the company Able to assist in stock take and responsible for expired / shortage of product Able to ensure inventory record and stocks are always tally Able to receive stocks according to purchase order Maintain the cleanliness and comfort of the branches. Ensure computer system and company equipment always in state of alert. Control stockpiling avoid stock shortages and ensure the product orderly arrange in accordance with the company's planogram To train and induct new staff, provide constant coaching and support Responsible for arranging working schedules for branches manpower Handle ad-hoc tasks and related duties as assigned by the superior Work with Pharmacist and staff together in order to achieve the goals of the organization

Requirements:

Candidate possess Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Nutrition / Food Science & Nutrition / Nutrition & Dietetics or equivalent field Training will be provided Willing to work on shifts or weekends Good written and communication skills Good Attitude, Responsible, Customer Friendly Computer Literate
