Responsibilities/Main Activities

Hexagon\xe2\x80\x99s Asset Lifecycle Intelligence division is seeking an experienced Implementation Consultant to join our team. This position will be based in Malaysia.

The key function of the Implementation is to provide subject matter expertise in the area of Cyber integrity as well as Alarm Management software.

This role will lead the design of the Alarm Management system along with Cyber integrity PAS & Hexagon products.

The successful candidate will also run workshops, lead technical discussion and deployment activities.

Responsibilities:

• Provide cyber security assessments and consultancy services to PAS customers in accordance to established consultancy methodology.
• Review and enhance the PAS cyber security consultancy methodology in accordance to industry best practices and market demand including new templates and work processes.
• Develop delivery and operations model including scoping and pricing.
• Conduct penetration tests and services at customer sites.
• Provide cyber security support to onsite PAS engineers and consultants working on projects.
• Support PAS sales and product demonstrations in the cyber security line of business.
• Conduct cyber security training for customers and PAS employees.
• Develop training material for internal and external training purposes.
• Conduct cyber security workshops as part of PAS Cyber Integrity product deployments
• Review and evaluate proposed software deployment architectures to ensure adherence to cyber security best practices.
• Provide expertise and analysis to PAS Operations to improve Cyber Security product deployments and delivery performance and enable scalable, repeatable, and secure process.
• Assist sales operations team to create proposal in response to customer RFP\xe2\x80\x99s, RFI\xe2\x80\x99s.
• Participate in technical discussions for Alarm Managements to provide solutions.
• Software deployment activities for PSI software
• Should be able to collect data, configure as per customer requirements
• Develop Architecture diagram, FDS document, FAT and SAT document, workshop report as required from the company.
• Develop tools for streamlining and auditing of configurations for PAS applications.
• Supports installation of products remotely or in person, adhering to PAS standard work process.
• Train clients on the utilization and administration of PAS products.
• Design and build code per customer specifications to deliver the PAS Dashboard. Train Operations team on the new features / functionality of the Dashboard
• Maintain project based documentation
• Update policies and procedures as required

• Technical IT or Cyber Security Degree
• 5 or more years Cyber Security & Alarm Management consultancy experience
• Experience with Industrial Control Systems (ICS) cyber security is required.
• Proven knowledge in penetration testing as well as measuring the vulnerability rating of cyber programs and software that a company uses.
• Firewall safety and management, including backups and fail-safe features, as well as breach detecting and preventing protocols.
• Knowledge of advanced persistent threat management, including phishing, as well as social engineering and network access control.
• Encryption techniques and capabilities. Being able to send and receive data over the internet without succumbing to hacking attacks.
• Programming languages used for the storage and processing of raw data. The more languages you are familiar with the better.
• Familiarity with various operating systems. Windows, Linus, UNIX and other systems still in development or available to the public.
• Principles of ethical hacking and coding practices. Working knowledge of threat modelling and configuration
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio.
