Responsibilities/Main Activities

Hexagon Asset Lifecycle Intelligence division (formerly PPM) is seeking to hire an Implementation Consultant. The successful candidate should reside in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

As the implementation Consultant you will be responsible for setup/installation, configuration, and customisation of Shift Operations Management Solution (j5) or process designs for the client\xe2\x80\x99s purchased or outsourced technology and business outcome solutions.

Responsibilities

• Works directly with clients to manage initial access, map and transfer data, create process documentation (functional requirements/designs/lessons learned), and train or coordinate training for client users.
• Tests and troubleshoots functionality of installed systems.
• Identifies and documents technical issues to be escalated to product and system integration teams for resolution.
• Provides feedback based on client experiences to product and professional services teams for product and process improvements.
• May work directly with clients on-site or provide project support remotely.
• May work on pre-sales activities.

• Professional implementation service experience required (Minimum 4 years)
• Understanding of software implementation methodologies
• Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
• Business level of English ability
• Willingness to travel, including to customer sites.

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in engineering, Information System, Computer Science or IT qualifications
• Exposure to Owner Operator Experience across Maintenance Disciplines would be added advantage.

• Knowledge of Excel VBA (macros) and Advanced excel skills (functions).
• Knowledge of database systems (MS SQL Server, Oracle, Postgres)
• Knowledge of web technologies (For ex, Web Servers and Web APIs)
• Knowledge of programming languages (Python) would be added advantage.
• Knowledge of source control (Git) would be added advantage.
• Knowledge of Shift Operations Management Systems would be added advantage.
• Knowledge of CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) would be added advantage.
