Job Description

As an Implementation Consultant (SaaS) in the Technology & Telecoms industry, you will play a key role in ensuring the successful deployment of software solutions for clients. This position, based in Kuala Lumpur, requires a detail-oriented professional who can effectively manage client relationships while delivering high-quality implementations.

• Manage end-to-end implementation of SaaS solutions, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and configure software to meet their needs.
• Provide training and support to clients during the onboarding process.
• Identify and resolve technical issues during implementation and escalate when necessary.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless integration of solutions.
• Develop and maintain documentation for each implementation project.
• Contribute to the improvement of implementation processes and best practices.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage long-term collaboration.

• A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience with SaaS solutions and implementation processes (Preferably Monday.com)
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with integration tools and APIs is a plus.
