About the Role:


The

Implementation & Customer Success Manager

is responsible for driving the successful deployment, integration, and adoption of the company's healthcare technology solutions. This role combines project management, technical implementation, and client success to ensure each project is delivered efficiently, on time, and meets client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:



Manage full-cycle implementation of digital healthcare systems, including project scoping, configuration, rollout, and post-launch support. Develop and execute detailed project plans with defined milestones, timelines, and deliverables. Coordinate cross-functional teams -- including product, technical, and support -- to ensure seamless solution delivery. Create and maintain detailed project documentation such as solution diagrams, Gantt charts, progress reports, and action plans. Track and monitor project progress using project management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira, or MS Project). Identify implementation risks and issues, propose mitigation plans, and ensure timely resolution. Serve as the key point of contact for clients, managing communications and ensuring all technical and functional requirements are met. Conduct system onboarding and training sessions (web-based or onsite) to ensure clients effectively adopt and utilize the platform. Analyze client usage patterns and feedback to drive product improvements and enhance overall user experience. Continuously optimize implementation workflows to improve efficiency, quality, and scalability.

Requirements:



Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, Project Management, or a related technical field. 3-5 years of experience in software implementation, system deployment, or customer success within a tech-driven environment. Strong knowledge of project management frameworks and tools (e.g., Asana, Jira, Trello, or MS Project). Solid understanding of SaaS platforms, cloud-based systems, and API integrations. Excellent communication and documentation skills in

English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia

. Highly organized, analytical, and detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities. Proven ability to manage multiple client projects independently and deliver results under tight deadlines. Experience conducting product training or client onboarding is a plus. Self-motivated, adaptable, and proactive in driving successful implementations.

Remuneration:



Salary: RM4,500 to RM5,000

Working Days:

Monday-Friday (8.00am - 5.30pm)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
