Responsibilities:

\xc2\xb7 Responsible for system onsite implementation: system setup, installation, testing and commissioning, problem diagnosis, reporting and data collection as per operation manual.

\xc2\xb7 Responsible for data validation, recording and uploading of the system image data, and recording the daily operation status of the equipment;

\xc2\xb7 In the case of unforeseen circumstances, report to the company in a timely manner, and able to perform exception handling for systems and processes under the guidance of senior personnel;

\xc2\xb7 Responsible for the maintenance of equipment to ensure safe and stable operation of the equipment;

\xc2\xb7 Perform application monitoring for availability, performance, and quality.

\xc2\xb7 Effective communication with customers;

\xc2\xb7 Clean and keep the work area hygienic;

\xc2\xb7 Perform emergency duties safely;

\xc2\xb7 Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

\xc2\xb7 2 years\' experience as Field Engineer/Implementation Engineer with minimum qualifications of Diploma;

\xc2\xb7 Have a certain operating ability of Windows 10 system;

\xc2\xb7 Able to use Microsoft Word and Excel;

\xc2\xb7 Good communication and coordination skills;

\xc2\xb7 Good at thinking and rigorous in dealing with unforeseen circumstances;

\xc2\xb7 Abide by various rules and regulations, and behave properly;

\xc2\xb7 Experience in machine operation is preferred.
