Implementation Manager - Airport Solutions

In this job you will:

Serve as technical lead or team manager for major implementation projects. Develop and execute detailed implementation plans. Collaborate with internal teams and customer stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery. Provide guidance on upgrades, installations, and system architecture. Facilitate customer testing phases and document requirements. Conduct analysis and joint product design sessions. Lead implementation and rollout of AMS or PPS products. Support operations and customer service teams post-implementation. For managerial roles: allocate tasks, track progress, monitor performance, and support team development.

About the ideal candidate:

Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field. 10+ years in implementing airport/airline projects; experience leading teams or mentoring others is valued. Experience in software development or system integration. Knowledge of Windows OS, version control, client/server architecture, hardware components, networking, and cloud computing. Proven ability to lead and empower teams. Effective communication skills for diverse audiences. Adaptable to different work styles and team dynamics. Role may involve occasional international travel
