Job Summary

:

Responsible for handling all import documentation and customs clearance processes to ensure goods are delivered on time and in full compliance with trade regulations.

Key Responsibilities

:

Prepare and manage

import/customs documents

(invoices, permits, packing lists). Classify products under correct

HS codes

and handle

K1-K4 declarations

. Liaise with

Customs, port authorities, and agencies

(MITI, MIDA, SIRIM) for clearance. Coordinate with

freight forwarders and transporters

for smooth delivery.

Track shipments

and resolve any

delays or clearance issues

. Verify

duty/tax payments

and apply for

exemptions or drawbacks

when needed. Maintain

records

for audits and compliance. Stay updated on

customs regulations

and support

logistics operations

as required

Requirements

2-5 years of working experience

in

import/customs clearance

, preferably in

trading, logistics, or freight forwarding

environment. Solid knowledge of

Malaysian customs procedures

,

HS codes

, and

declaration processes (K1, K2, K3, K4)

. Experience handling

E-Commerce systems

or online clearance platforms is an added advantage. Strong

communication and coordination

skills to liaise with internal teams, clients, and customs officers. Ability to

work under pressure

and meet tight shipment deadlines. Experience

, or related field Proficient in

MS Office applications

(Excel, Word, Outlook).

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
