Kelayakan
1. Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics management within the manufacturing industry.
3. Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards, including customs and import/export laws eg IATA DGR & IMDG international dangerous goods regulations.
4. Good verbal communication skills in both Mandarin and English. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
Tanggungjawab
1. Handle and organize customs import and export documents.
2. Plan, coordinate, and oversee logistics operations to ensure timely delivery of goods to customers.
3. Maintain accurate records of all logistics activities and prepare regular reports for management/ customs in monthly/ yearly submission.
4. Handle and resolve any issues related to logistics, such as delays, damages, or discrepancies.
5. Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and other external partners to ensure smooth logistics operations.
