Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar import/export logistics supervisory role within the manufacturing, transport or logistics industry
Strong understanding of customs regulations and documentation requirements for international trade
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with both internal and external stakeholders
Proficient in data analysis and report generation to track and optimise logistics performance
Ability to lead and motivate a team to deliver high-quality logistics services
Flexible and adaptable to changes in the business environment

Coordinate and manage the end-to-end import and export logistical processes, including liaising with shipping companies, customs, and other relevant parties
Ensure all import and export documentation is accurate and compliant with relevant regulations
Monitor inventory levels and liaise with the production team to optimise supply chain efficiency
Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities to streamline logistical operations
Supervise and provide guidance to the logistics team to maintain high standards of service
Prepare and analyse key performance metrics to report on the team's progress
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve any logistical issues or delays
