Requirements

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar import/export logistics supervisory role within the manufacturing, transport or logistics industry
• Strong understanding of customs regulations and documentation requirements for international trade
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with both internal and external stakeholders
• Proficient in data analysis and report generation to track and optimise logistics performance
• Ability to lead and motivate a team to deliver high-quality logistics services
• Flexible and adaptable to changes in the business environment

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage the end-to-end import and export logistical processes, including liaising with shipping companies, customs, and other relevant parties
• Ensure all import and export documentation is accurate and compliant with relevant regulations
• Monitor inventory levels and liaise with the production team to optimise supply chain efficiency
• Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities to streamline logistical operations
• Supervise and provide guidance to the logistics team to maintain high standards of service
• Prepare and analyse key performance metrics to report on the team's progress
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve any logistical issues or delays
