Position summaryWe are currently looking for a highly competent Import-Export Specialist based in Kuala Lumpur.You will ensure the follow-up of zone AOA customers\' orders for Nestl\xc3\xa9 commodities and make sure everything is done in a proper timing.We are supporting Nestl\xc3\xa9 operating companies in their quest to delight the consumers, by providing them with integrated trading solutions in a professional & cost-effective manner while offering a platform for business development.   • Ensuring close follow-up of shipments.
  • Follow up of on time production of orders with suppliers (system transactions on SAP).
  • Issuance of billings for triangular buy/sell transactions.
  • Follow up of dispatches with third party logistics providers and issuance of transport documents when needed.
  • Creation and management of credit notes generated from customer claims.
  • Exception management with self-billing process in coordination with Procurement & Nestle markets.
  • Coordination and collaboration with Nestrade finance, accounting, project management for settlement of pending issues or customer requests.
What will make you successful
  • University degree in Business Administration and/or Supply Chain.
  • Proven success on a similar role (2-3 years).
  • Strong Knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Strong analytical skills and understanding of Procurement.
  • Attention to details, sense of initiative and solution oriented.
  • Ability to work in an international and complex environment.
  • Strong stakeholder management and engagement skills.
  • Good knowledge of incoterms.
  • Fluency in English. Any other language is a strong asset.
