Job Description

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented

Warehouse Import Assistant

to join our logistics team. The ideal candidate will handle cargo inspection, documentation, and movement between warehouses, ensuring all shipments are managed safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Inspect cargo in

MAB / Pos Aviation Warehouse

to ensure good condition before acceptance and transfer. Transfer cargo from other agents' warehouses and verify condition before storing at

Tasco Warehouse

. Operate forklift for loading and unloading cargo from lorries safely and efficiently. Obtain survey reports for any cargo discrepancies or damages found during inspection. Monitor and follow up with

MAB / Pos Aviation

regarding short-landed or unlocated cargo. Perform periodic forklift inspections to maintain equipment in good working condition. Handle import cargo documentation, including recording and reporting transfers in and out of the warehouse. Release cargo daily according to Truck Loading Delivery Instructions for driver dispatch. Conduct regular inventory checks to prevent discrepancies. Liaise with the

CSI Department

for any import shipment issues and coordinate with agents to resolve them. Carry out additional tasks as assigned by the superior.

Requirements

Minimum SPM / equivalent qualification. At least 1-2 years of experience in warehouse operations or cargo handling. Valid forklift driving certification (advantage). Able to work independently and as part of a team. Physically fit and able to handle manual tasks.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
