Job Description


Job Responsibilities: Liaise with local authorities (Custom, DOE and etc.) Manage report and documentation control Process and issue Purchase Order to suppliers Issue Commercial Invoice to customers and monitor the customer delivery status Monitor suppliers/vendors\' performance and liaise with suppliers on the imported goods Shipping arrangement for goods imported from overseas and responsible for custom clearance processes and problem-solving at the customs clearance Prepare shipping documents for import/export Capability to support overall logistics including urgent spares, shipment requirements, and receiving jobs Ensure on-time delivery As a planner, controller, and coordinator of logistics for import and export Proactively analyse and provide countermeasure on complaints raised by customers and issues on logistics Assist manager to manage and prepare Job Reports, Logistic estimations, and budgets Daily coordination with shipping departments on import/export shipments and customs-related issues/documentation Preparation of customs declaration. Identify relevant product codes and monitor customs clearance processes Prepare/book/check invoices & other related shipping documents for both incoming and outgoing shipments Prepare and submit LOI/LOA to respective shipping agents To handle shipping import/export and all customs correspondence Handle export and domestic transportation-related tasks, including logistics documentation and liaising with third-party organizations Assist Purchasing/Factory/Warehouse Management teams in Track Inventory levels in order to make timely decisions Handle all import and export-related tasks, design and continuously improve relevant processes Assume lead responsibility for obtaining LMW status, complying with all statutory requirements, and retaining said status Handle all the shipping documents and inbound/outbound arrangements Handle logistics-related customer complaints, and initiate and conduct investigations and corrective actions Job Requirements: Degree/Diploma holder in any related fields or an equivalent combination of education and experience At least 1 to 3 years in the logistics area, preferably in MNC environment Able to work under minimal supervision Integrity, maturity, and a sense of urgency are a pre-requisite Good communication in English and interpersonal skills Knowledge of Logistics process planning
