Data Entry Roles
Ensure the daily, weekly, monthly and yearly report accuracy & intergrity
Ensure the report submission as per the stipulate timeline
Ensure all document with proper filling and retrievable at any time
Transactions the data into the SAP system
Generate the shipment documents

Responsibility
Preparing the monthly and yearly report eg K1, K2, K9, GST, LMW and etc
Prepare sub-con report for movement of materials
Ensure the GST reports submitted to finance before the timeline set by site finance.
Ensure the LMW reports submitted to Custom before the timeline set by RMCD.
Documentation filling

Requirements
Minimum STPM/Diploma or its equivalent
Familier with LMW and GST rules and regulations, logistics procedure and document preparation.
Proficient in Mircosoft Office
Proficiency in SAP/ERP is an added advantage
Good communication skills with any level of people
Good command English and BM
Hardworking and responsible with high integrity.
Able to work independently, self-motivated, positive work attitude and team work.
Able to handle multitask accordingly.
