Location: Kuching, Sarawak, Malaysia Company: Divine Logistics (S) Sdn Bhd Job Responsibilities: o Prepare, check, and process all import/export documents (invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, COO, permits, etc.). o Submit customs declarations through SMK / DagangNet / uCustoms systems. o Ensure compliance with customs, port, and international trade regulations. o Liaise with shipping lines, hauliers, forwarders, port and customs officers. o Track and monitor shipments to ensure smooth clearance and timely delivery. o Maintain accurate records and filing for audit and SST/GST reporting. Requirements: o Minimum SPM / Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field. o Experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or shipping industry is an advantage. o Familiar with SMK/DagangNet or customs declaration system preferred. o Good communication skills in English, Mandarin and Malay. o Detail-oriented, respons
