Manage the entire fulfillment process for sales submissions, including order processing, inventory management, shipping, and tracking.
Ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of all sales orders.
Resolve any fulfillment issues promptly and efficiently.
Process Improvement:
Identify and implement process improvements to streamline operations.
Document process improvements and train others on the new procedures.
Continuously seek ways to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualification / Criteria:
Minimum qualification SPM, good fluent English and Bahasa Malaysia communication skills
Able to work on rotational shift (including Sat/Sun/PH)
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of digital tools and platforms (App, WhatsApp, ChatBOT platforms, etc)
Experience in backend operations is a must
, preferably within Telco or similar industries. Candidates must have exposure to CRM systems, data entry, strong multitasking skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
