Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and engaging Live Host to join our retail team. The Live Host will be responsible for conducting live selling sessions across various social media platforms to promote our gold jewellery products, build brand awareness, and drive sales conversions. The role combines online engagement with light operational support.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct regular live streaming sessions at company retail outlets to showcase and promote products. Engage with viewers in real-time, answer questions, and encourage conversions into sales. Work closely with HQ team -- HQ will handle packaging & shipping; host's focus is purely on

sales and customer engagement

. Drive awareness and footfall to our existing retail stores and strengthen overall brand visibility. Plan, prepare, and execute live selling sessions, including product setup and presentation. Assist with operational paperwork and administrative tasks when required. Work from home when not on live duty (e.g., preparing scripts, paperwork, or social media planning).

Requirements

Confident, energetic, and comfortable speaking in front of a camera. Prior experience in live hosting, social media content creation, or sales is an added advantage. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences. Sales-driven mindset with passion for achieving targets. Basic computer literacy (for paperwork and online operations). Willing to travel to company stores within KL & Selangor for live sessions.

Compensation & Benefits

Monthly basic salary

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
