• To have the ability to answer the incoming call and offer guests a pleasant experience on the phone providing the standards of excellence for quality, professionalism and friendliness.
• Required to have knowledge of the type of food and beverage served in the resort and be able to discuss it efficiently with the guest.
• Able to handle guest requests, complaints and concern and address them immediately with the supervisor.
• To be well versed with all Food and Beverage offerings in the outlet and be able to confidently discussed other F&B areas with guest confidently.
• To maintain the coordinator room in a neat and tidy condition at all time

What you bring

• An outgoing personality with can-do approach to an assigned task .
• High level of understanding and knowledge of food and beverage.
• A background in luxury resorts and hotels is an added advantage.

• Pleasant personality.
• A good command of English.
