Manage inbound calls and reply email to attend customer\xe2\x80\x99s request, inquiries and feedback.
Respond and resolve customer\xe2\x80\x99s problems.
Ensure feedback and unresolved cases are channelled to respective department for case resolution.
Build a good relationship with customers to provide excellent service.
To complete any ad-hoc tasks given from time to time.
REQUIREMENTS:
Good Bahasa Malaysia & English conversational skills.
SPM and above or equivalent (candidate with related experience without SPM also acceptable).
The candidate must at least have customer service/calling experience such as tele- sales, telemarketing, inbound customer service regardless of industry.
Good negotiation skills.
