To handle all types of customers from various channels including correspondence from customers, providing customers with answers to their technical issues, general and product enquiries. Each Customer Service Professional will ensure that each transaction is handled in a way that contributes to overall customer satisfaction and increases customer loyalty.
Work location:
Kuala Lumpur - TM Annexe, Bangsar
Operation hours:
24 x 7 rotational shifts (5-day work with 2 days off)
Minimum Requirement:
SPM with 1 year working experience in any field or fresh graduate (Diploma/Degree)
Language proficiency:
BM - high
English - average
Good communication skills
Basic computer knowledge
Typing skills: 25wpm

Package:
Basic salary (depending on years of experience):
RM2,000 - RM2,300
KPI Allowance - RM300
Shift Allowance - RM90/month
Transport Allowance - RM200 (max)
Contract:
3 - 6 months
Note: candidate that only able to work for 3 months will be issued with 3 months contract.
