  • Diploma in any field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a call center or helpdesk environment.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
  • Fluency in Cantonese and Mandarin is essential to handle customer inquiries from diverse linguistic backgrounds.
  • Proven ability to actively listen to customer concerns and provide effective solutions.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze situations and identify appropriate resolutions.
  • Ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve conflicts in a professional and empathetic manner.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Proficient phone skills, including active listening, clear articulation, and professional etiquette.
  • Must be willing to work on-site in Kuala Lumpur.

  • Answer incoming calls from Australian customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently and professionally.
  • Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding products, services, and account details.
  • Document all customer interactions and resolutions in the company's CRM system.
  • Troubleshoot customer problems, offering effective solutions and escalating complex issues to senior team members when necessary.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved and that they are satisfied with the service provided.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of company policies, procedures, and product knowledge to accurately assist customers.
