They are hiring for Junior Customer Service Executive (Contact Center)
Full-Time position.
Working Location : Ampang Jaya - Common Ground, Jalan Kolam Air Lama, Ampang Jaya, Selangor (Near Ampang Puteri Hospital / Ampang Point Shopping Mall)
Need to posses own transport
If commute by LRT, it is 20 minutes' walk from Ampang LRT Station. can search on bus shuttle also
Benefits:
Basic Salary: RM 2,000- RM2,800 (Monthly) depends on relevant working experience
Fix Attendance Allowance: RM200 (Monthly)
Working Days: Monday - Sunday (5 working days & 2 rotational off days )
Working Hours: Rotational Shift(8.00am - 5.00pm, 9.00 am - 6.00pm, 10.00 am - 7.00pm, 11.00am - 8.00pm, 2.00 pm - 11.00 pm)
Renewable Contract (depends on performance)

To attend inbound calls - inquiries, problems and complaints from customers with the objective of resolving issues, providing first excellent contact resolution.
Job Requirements:
Fresh graduates with the right attitude are welcome to apply
Candidate with 1 year of related working experience in a Contact Centre are welcome to apply.
Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia & English language for both spoken and written is a Must.
Able to work independently in a fast-paced working environment
Fast learner and able to adapt to changes
Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
Demonstrate teamwork all the time.
