The Opportunity
We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused
Inbound Sales Specialist
to join our growing, remote team. In this critical, full-funnel role, you will be the bridge between our high-quality leads (provided in-house) and satisfied, long-term customers. You will leverage your experience to
nurture and convert leads from initial contact through trial conversion, and ensure ongoing customer retention.
This is a
remote
position focused on servicing customers in
Singapore and Hong Kong

Key Responsibilities
As a Inbound Sales Specialist, you will
own the full customer funnel
--from the first touchpoint until successful conversion and renewal. Your primary duties will include:
Full-Funnel Conversion:
Strategically collaborate with the Marketing team to qualify inbound leads and convert them first into trial users, and then into regular, paid customers.
Multi-Channel Engagement:
Proactively engage with potential customers primarily through calls, complemented by text/messaging channels, to understand their needs and clearly articulate the value of the Ottodot platform.
Retention & Renewals:
Speak with existing customers to encourage continued enrollment, process renewals, and handle crucial tasks like managing and resolving payment-related concerns or missed payments.
Target Achievement:
Consistently meet and exceed demanding monthly and quarterly sales targets for trial enrollments and regular customer conversions in the Singapore and Hong Kong markets.
Sales Strategy & Innovation:
Actively analyze conversion blockers and propose data-driven solutions. Develop, test, and implement new ideas to optimize sales efforts, increase sign-ups, and create systems to streamline customer management and sales processes.
Product Advocacy & Feedback:
Act as the voice of the customer. Identify potential product improvements and relay detailed, actionable feedback to the Product and content teams to enhance our offerings.
CRM & Automation:
Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and sales activities within CRM tools, leveraging technology to enhance efficiency and customer management.
Requirements
Must-Haves:
Experience:
2-3 years of proven B2C sales experience
, with a strong, measurable track record of success in a target-driven environment.
Industry Focus:
Direct sales experience within the
Education market
, ideally selling recurring services to parents of primary school-aged children.
Bilingual Proficiency:
Professional working fluency in both English and Chinese (Mandarin)
, both written and verbal, is essential to effectively communicate with parents in the Singapore and Hong Kong markets.
Tech Savviness:
Highly proficient and comfortable using CRM tools, Google Workspace, and leveraging automation/technology to manage and converse with customers efficiently.
Nice-to-Have (Bonus):
Ability to communicate in
Cantonese
is a significant advantage for engaging customers in Hong Kong.
