Kelayakan

• Minimum SPM qualification; fresh graduates welcome.
• Fluent in Mandarin and English (spoken & written).
• At least 1 year of telesales/telemarketing experience (B2B preferred) in BPO sector preferred.
• Strong communication skills and positive phone manner.
• Comfortable with high-volume, target-driven work.
• Basic knowledge or interest in logistics/shipping is a plus.

Tanggungjawab

• Make 30-50 outbound calls daily to potential business customers.
• Identify needs and build rapport to create business opportunities.
• Update customer and lead records accurately.
• Support the sales team in qualifying leads and driving growth.
• Meet daily and weekly call and performance targets.
