Requirements

• Minimum 3 years experience
• Mice Travel Agent
• Minimum Diploma or Degree from Hospitality school
• Proficiency in English & Mandarin
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Creativity: Ability to design "wow factor" experiences
• Superior Communication: Exceptional client-facing and negotiation skills
• Attention to Detail: From dietary requirements to room gifts, every detail matters
• Problem-Solving: Ability to think on your feet when unexpected issues arise
• Passion for Luxury Travel: A deep understanding of what makes a high-end experience

Responsibilities

• Program Design: Create unique, aspirational, and tailored travel itineraries that serve as a powerful motivational tool.
• Client Liaison: Work directly with corporate clients to understand their goals, budget, and the demographic of their winners.
• Destination & Venue Research: Source and select exclusive destinations, luxury hotels, unique activities, and special event venues (e.g., a gala dinner in a castle).
• Logistics Planning: Arrange all aspects of the trip, including flights, ground transportation, accommodation, activities, themed events, and gifts.
• Budget Management: Create and manage detailed budgets for each program, ensuring high perceived value while maintaining profitability.
• On-Site Execution: Often travel with the group to ensure flawless execution, manage any issues, and enhance the guest experience.
• Debrief & Analysis: Gather feedback from the client and participants to measure the success of the program and improve future offerings.
